Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Conduct take-offs and assist with pre-construction planning
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage project documentation including submittals and punch out lists
• Utilize software such as Contractor Foreman and Construct Connect for project management

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong understanding of project controls and change orders
• Experience with CRM software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in generating quotes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of building codes and structural design
• Experience in construction services for the hosipitality market
• Familiarity with Request For Information (RFI) process
