General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for small animals and exotics, currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian interested in working within a full-service general practice environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering the full scope of general practice medicine. Daily duties may include wellness care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and other aspects of small animal and exotic care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is a full-service general practice equipped with modern technology to support high-quality patient care. Available equipment includes digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, laser therapy, Pulse (previously eVetPractice) cloud-based software allowing doctors to complete notes from home, in-house labs, and ultrasound.

The hospital is supported by a tight-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
