Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsible for providing oversight of assigned new construction residential projects through developing project budgets, schedules, progress reports. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure all specifications are met. Deliver high quality homes on schedule, develop and maintain highest standard relationship with trades, vendors and subcontractors. Comply with all building codes. Maintain multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines. Troubleshoot problems, make decisions quickly to ensure efficient progress of projects. Support the growth of the company.
