Job Description:

A Plus Concrete Restoration, a leading concrete restoration Company in South Florida with a strong backlog of projects, providing year-round work and job security, is seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Foreman. You will lead a skilled crew on high-profile projects across Southeast Florida, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and collaborate with 5–15 skilled crews on concrete restoration projects throughout Southeast Florida.

• Work hands-on when needed: chipping, forming, patching, waterproofing, coatings, stucco, deck repairs, and more.

• Plan and execute daily work activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and blueprints.

• Read and interpret project plans; ensure tasks are executed with quality and precision.
   

• Motivate, train, and mentor your crew to perform at their best.
   

• Ensure all job sites remain safe, compliant, organized, and on schedule.

• Manage on-site logistics, including materials, equipment, and daily progress reporting.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time.
   

Experience & Qualifications:

• Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to grow with the company.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the concrete restoration industry (+2 years as a foreman strongly preferred).

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a field crew.

• Good understanding of job site safety protocols and a clean safety record.

• Valid Driver's License.

• (Optional) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
