The practice offers -
- A busy 3 Doctor practice expanding to 4
- 100% mobile veterinary medicine practice treating 90% Equine, 10% small ruminants (majority goats, some sheep, alpacas and llamas)
- Office space includes desk workstations, lab, pharmacy, break room and equipment room
- Services provided include preventative medicine, emergency medicine, basic surgeries, sports/performance medicine, and mare reproduction. Herd health and emergency medicine for small ruminant and camelid patients.

EquidDoc is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic office manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in our busy, growing practice while promoting our mission of always being there with great care for our clients and patients.
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to, facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supply procurement.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating through phone and email with our clients and vendors.
- Schedule client appointments to optimize the workflow of the veterinarians’ schedules.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Oversee and maintain office equipment, ensuring functionality and proper maintenance in support of our IT company.
- Develop and implement office procedures and manage budgets to improve efficiency and productivity and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise and train office support staff (as needed).
- Support HR functions, such as assisting with payroll reporting and benefits, etc
- Other duties as identified.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in professional office management position or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills both independently and as a part of a TEAM.
- Preference given to previous veterinary technician or assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with Quickbooks and Electronic Medical Records is a plus
- Experience with HR functions is a plus
- Personal or professional experience with horses is a plus
Wage commensurate with experience with potential for bonus, paid holiday and vacation time, health insurance reimbursement, retirement plan, short term disability insurance, state licensing and membership dues and continuing education stipend negotiable.
