General Practice (Medical Director Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Medical Director. This is a full-service general practice clinic with additional urgent care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, progressive, and individualized medical care for its patients. The hospital provides industry-leading medical and diagnostic tools to support its veterinarians in delivering the best outcomes.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on weekends. Doctor hours are open to discussion. This is a full-time position.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical work, with Medical Directors spending more than 90% of their time practicing medicine. This position is open to experienced veterinarians only.

Team
The hospital team consists of four veterinarians supported by an experienced group of support staff. Together, they create a professional and collaborative environment while helping clients care for their beloved companions.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
