In this role, you will:

• Support and mentor youth in juvenile halls and residential treatment facilities.
• Build trust and inspire change through casework and guidance.
• Help youth develop life skills and reach their potential.
• Apply evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation and growth.
• Ensure safety, order, and dignity through professional conduct and interventions when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 21 years of age or older at time of appointment
• No felony convictions
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid California Class C Driver License
