A leading outpatient therapy provider is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to step into a dual role as Center Manager. This opportunity blends hands-on clinical care with strategic leadership—ideal for a PT ready to grow into management while still practicing.

 Key Responsibilities

 Clinical Duties

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to diverse patient populations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical necessity standards
• Mentor and delegate to support staff while upholding clinical excellence

 Operational Leadership

• Manage daily clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Monitor performance metrics and drive center profitability
• Lead referral outreach, marketing efforts, and community engagement
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Medicare, OSHA, etc.) and internal standards
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives

 Compliance & Quality

• Maintain active licensure and CPR certification
• Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and safety protocols
• Oversee equipment calibration, cleanliness, and clinic readiness

 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Must be licensed in Phisical Therapy(PT) in California
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Windows-based systems (Word, Excel)
• Organized, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
