Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with referring providers, patients, and families
• Supervise and mentor therapy assistants and aides
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Participate in clinic meetings, in-services, and ongoing training

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with EMR systems and Windows-based tools
• Able to perform physical duties with support from trained staff and ergonomic equipment
