About the Role

You'll lead clinical operations and provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-focused practice. This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident in restorative procedures, extractions, and endodontics (including molars) and who is motivated to take on a leadership role with ownership potential.

What You'll Do

• Deliver full-spectrum general dentistry including restorative care, extractions, and endodontics

• Lead and mentor a clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care

• Manage daily operations and maintain a positive, collaborative environment

• Guide patient treatment plans and provide advanced dental services

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical standards

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program

• Active Texas dental license in good standing

• Clinically confident in restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures

• Strong leadership and team management skills
