Lumberton Dental - Lumberton, TX

About the office:

-Hiring Associate for Lumberton Dental Center

-Office hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

-Dr. Laughlin is solo doc

-3 assistants (1 is a floater and looking for another replacement RDA)

-3 Hygienist (2 FT and 1 PT)

-Front of house support

-6 Fully equipped ops, might turn downstairs office into a consultation room

- Technology: CEREC, Digital x rays, intraoral cameras, eaglesoft

- No Medicaid, PPO/FFS

Dr. Kevin Laughlin and the team at Lumberton Dental are looking for a hard-working General Dentist to join their team full-time. This position could potentially transition to a partnership and, ultimately, ownership buy-in. This General Dentist role will allow you to maintain full clinical autonomy and perform various services, including general, cosmetic, and preventative dental services. We are considering all experience levels but would prefer 2 years of experience!

The Practice:

  • PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base
  • 6 operatories
  • 3 hygienists on site
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including intraoral cameras, CEREC, digital x-rays, and more!

Qualifications:

  • Prefer 2 years of experience but will consider applicants with less experience
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining one)
  • Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
  • Good work ethic and adaptable
