Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage detailed Insurance data within Dentrix 
• Process insurance claims and billing
• Treatment plan presentations
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently
• DelayedTreatment follow-up

Required Skills:

• Experience with Dentrix 
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to assist with financial arrangements and treatment plans

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly Compensation $25-$28
