Coverage Type: Locum, starting September 16th & Ongoing

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00am-5:00pm (lunch 12-1pm)

Position Details:

We are seeking a General Dentist for part-time locum coverage with ongoing need.

Practice Highlights:

• Patient volume: 10-15 per day
• Patient mix: Primarily adults
• Procedures: All general dentistry procedures except endo and surgical implants
• EMR: Dentrix Ascend
• Credentialing: 30-60 days for Delta Dental; ~1 week for locums candidates (practice is FFS, all other insurance out-of-network)

Requirements:

• Active AZ Dental License
• No Medicaid/Medicare required

Support Staff:

• 1 Dental Assistant
• 1 Hygienist
• 1 Administrator

Additional Information:

• COVID vaccination not required
• Mileage reimbursement preferred
