Salary: Temp: $33$34/hour

Arespectedlawfirmpracticing bankruptcy , matrimoniallaw ,and commerciallitigation isseekingaskilled Paralegal with 2+yearsofexperienceinFamilylaw(willtrainonbankruptcyifnoexp) tojointheirteam.Thisroleoffersflexibility,witha hybridworkschedule (remoteMondaysandFridays),andtheopportunityforeithera directhire ora temp-to-perm arrangement.

Assist attorneys with cases in bankruptcy, matrimonial law , and commercial litigation

Draft and maintain corporate minutes , reports , interrogatories , and pleadings

Support litigation processes, including e-filing , discovery , and case management

Perform document review and legal research as needed

Maintain and organize case files and ensure deadlines are met

45 years of paralegal experience , with exposure to bankruptcy and litigation

Computer savvy comfortable using legal software and case management tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
