What You’ll Do:As a Value Stream Manager, you’ll lead your area in achieving goals tied to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You’ll be at the heart of driving Lean transformation and daily operations—coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include: Continuous Improvement & Lean LeadershipBuild and sustain a culture of continuous improvement
Lead Kaizen events and teach Lean tools and problem-solving techniques
Eliminate waste and drive efficiency across all processes
Own your KPIs: productivity, safety, delivery, and quality
Analyze data, close performance gaps, and align the team with business goals
Conduct Gemba walks and maintain visual management tools
Ensure accurate timecard processing and PTO management through ADP
Partner with HR to manage headcount and staffing levels
Monitor attendance and escalate hiring needs in a timely manner
Coach, mentor, and grow your team—recognize top performers and address underperformance
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and flexibility through cross-training
Promote open communication and clear performance expectations
Maintain expert-level process knowledge
Drive documentation of standard work and continuous workflow improvement
Deliver clear, data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders
Host plant tours and customer visits as needed
Present performance metrics using Excel and PowerPoint
Champion a culture of safety and compliance
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field) or 3–5 years of proven manufacturing leadership
Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
Analytical mindset with a track record of solving problems and hitting goals
Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
