Dental Treatment Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our world-class team at Lake Wales Dental Group . This position is for our Full Arch Implant Center. We’re looking for a driven, compassionate, and professional individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients.

• Address patient questions and concerns regarding procedures.

• Collaborate with doctors to ensure patient understanding of options.

• Follow up with patients via phone/email regarding outstanding treatment.

• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients.

• Present financing options and assist with payment plans.

• Ensure proper documentation is completed (e.g., consents, financials).

• Be available for occasional extended hours for consultations.

• Educate patients on insurance benefits and coverage.

• Submit and track insurance claims efficiently.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

• Keep accurate and organized patient records.

• Resolve concerns related to treatment plans or services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong initiative

• Outgoing and patient-focused demeanor

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

• Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus)

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• Goal- and results-driven

• Availability to work Monday–Saturday

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• 2–5 years of B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience preferred

• Dental industry experience highly preferred

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 + Commission
