Position Overview:
The Dental Sales Treatment Coordinator will play a crucial role in converting consultations into completed cases. This is a high-impact role focused on presenting and closing full-arch treatment plans. The right candidate is confident, organized, and passionate about helping patients transform their lives through dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Educate patients on All-on-4 treatment benefits, financing options, and expected outcomes
- Build rapport and trust to maximize case acceptance rates
- Coordinate consultations, surgery scheduling, and follow-up appointments
- Collect appropriate non-refundable deposits and communicate payment expectations
- Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and lab partners to ensure seamless case flow
- Maintain accurate case documentation and track case acceptance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or dental sales
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, particularly implant dentistry (All-on-4 experience preferred)
- Proven ability to close high-value treatment plans and meet production goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to present financing options and work with third-party financing companies
- Professional, confident, and highly motivated to succeed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Outgoing and patient-focused demeanor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Goal- and results-driven
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- 2–5 years of B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience preferred
- Dental industry experience highly preferred
