Position Overview:
The Dental Sales Treatment Coordinator will play a crucial role in converting consultations into completed cases. This is a high-impact role focused on presenting and closing full-arch treatment plans. The right candidate is confident, organized, and passionate about helping patients transform their lives through dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and professionally
  • Educate patients on All-on-4 treatment benefits, financing options, and expected outcomes
  • Build rapport and trust to maximize case acceptance rates
  • Coordinate consultations, surgery scheduling, and follow-up appointments
  • Collect appropriate non-refundable deposits and communicate payment expectations
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and lab partners to ensure seamless case flow
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and track case acceptance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or dental sales
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, particularly implant dentistry (All-on-4 experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to close high-value treatment plans and meet production goals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to present financing options and work with third-party financing companies
  • Professional, confident, and highly motivated to succeed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Outgoing and patient-focused demeanor
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Goal- and results-driven
  • Availability to work Monday–Saturday
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • 2–5 years of B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience preferred
  • Dental industry experience highly preferred
