Position Overview:

As a Director of Pharmacy, you'll have the opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic healthcare environment. We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can drive excellence in pharmacy services and make a positive impact on patient care. What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of hospital pharmacy services.

• Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

• Cultivate a strong professional image and foster collaborative relationships across all hospital departments.

• Align pharmacy operations with client and hospital goals.

• Provide effective managerial oversight to the pharmacy team.

• Oversee the financial health and performance of the pharmacy.

• Drive the department to achieve hospital-wide goals and objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

• License: Active and in-good-standing CA State Pharmacist License

• Education: Pharm D or B.S.

• Experience: At least 2 years of prior pharmacy management experience in a 340B clinic.

• Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $78–$90 per hour (depending on experience)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
