Manpower Engineering is seeking an experienced Casting Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our manufacturing client in Lafayette, Indiana . This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in molten metal or foundry operations , combustion systems , and maintenance management .

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in industrial/heavy equipment maintenance leadership
• Experience in casting, molten metal, or foundry environments
• Knowledge of combustion systems
• Familiarity with Oracle EAM and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Lead maintenance and engineering operations for Ingot and Lithium cast houses
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis
• Manage a team of salaried engineers and maintenance staff
• Oversee contractor projects and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
• Serve as the key decision-maker across all shifts
