Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage lease renewals and resident retention strategies
• Oversee residential property management and resident relations
• Conduct real estate appraisals and handle lease-up processes
• Work with Section 8 housing and low-income housing tax credit programs
• Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and evictions

Required Skills:

• Experience in residential real estate and property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain tenant relations
• Proficiency in RealPage and property inspections

Nice to Have Skills:

• Blue Moon software experience
• Tenant retention expertise

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $45,290.00
• Maximum Salary: $71,540.00
• Work from home flexibility
