• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements in close coordination with clients and lenders.
• Track market trends, inventory, and pricing to advise buyers confidently.
• Leverage the firm’s CRM, follow-up automations, and analytics to manage your pipeline.
• Attend weekly coaching and accountability huddles to sharpen your craft.
• Deliver a five-star client experience that converts buyers into lifelong advocates.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Georgia or Florida real-estate license and full-time availability.
• 3 + closed transactions in the past 12 months.
• Growth-minded, coachable, and proactive—ready to own both successes and setbacks.
• Comfortable with in-person showings around Metro Atlanta and/or virtual consultations.
