Top Responsibilities:

1. Calendaring
2. Preparation of legal documents, including subpoenas, and court filings
3. Assisting with trial preparation and litigation support
4. Conducting legal research using the resource FastCase / AI offered by Texas Bar. [We will offer traning.]

Required Skills:

• Experience in personal injury litigation and medical malpractice cases
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Proficient with Adobe
• Experienced with Ouickbooks

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,810 to $78,570, as well as health insurance benefits for our employees.
