Responsibilities:

-Code, match, and gain invoice approvals

-Handle PO process, and manage vendors

-Manage check runs, ACH, wires, 1099s and W-9s

-Support ME close with reconciliations and research

-Assist with inventory, audit, and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

-AS/AA in Accounting or equivalent experience

-1+ years of A/P experience

-Strong communication, Excel and accounting system skills
