Successful applicants will have the experience and skill to manage multiple projects commercial projects ranging from $50,000.00 $2,000,000.00. simultaneously.

Applicants are required to;

• Provide layout of RTU Curbs/Louver Openings etc. electronically in support of field personnel.
• Read drawings and specifications to manage compliance too contract documents.
• Review submittals for compliance of contract documents. 
• Create, manage change orders, monthly billing.
• Communicate and manage a team consisting of a Field Superintendent and Project Coordinator. Communicate effectively with clients, manage the overall schedule of project.
