This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: June 16-18 and June 22-25. 10a-10p
• Total census per provider per shift: 10-12
• Procedures required: Standard
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Support: Yes
• Certifications and license required: Active Oregon state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
