This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

· Patients per day: 20-25

· Practice Setting: Clinic

· Scope: Urgent Care

· State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.

· Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
