Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient experience preferred.
  • New graduates considered. First-time travelers considered.
  • Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 1214 patients per day; experience with double-booking of follow-up visits is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
  • Prior experience managing caseloads in outpatient clinic settings or similar environments is preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
  • OT hours must be approved by the director prior to working overtime.
  • Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits weekly; typically 1214 patients per day.
  • Float Requirement: may be required to float to other clinics within the network.
