Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in the Seven Hills, OH area in a home health setting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience is required. Candidate must have experience providing skilled OT services in patient homes, including functional assessments, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver education.
  • Experience with documentation in electronic medical records required. Familiarity with common home health outcome measures and reimbursement documentation preferred.
  • Current professional certification(s) required as noted by client. Please have licensure and certifications ready for verification at time of placement.

Preferred qualifications: experience with complex medical populations, wound care basics, or prior travel/home health assignments. These are preferred, not required.
