Lead Preschool Teacher
$18$20 per hour | Full-Time

What Youll Do

As a Lead Teacher , you will guide your classroom while creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily classroom activities and learning experiences
  
  
• Implementing our engaging curriculum
  
  
• Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment
  
  
• Communicating with parents about their childs development
  
  
• Working collaboratively with teachers and leadership
  
  
• Ensuring a safe and organized classroom
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 18 years or older
  
  
• High School Diploma or GED required
  
  
• Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or daycare setting preferred
  
  
• Passion for early childhood education
  
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  
  
• Ability to stand, move, and actively engage with children throughout the day
  
  
• Ability to supervise children indoors and outdoors
