Minimum Requirements

  • Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. This client preference is not required but is preferred.
  • Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage a typical caseload of 1214 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
  • Must be able to work the guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours; ability to coordinate any overtime with site leadership.
  • Prior travel experience, new grads, and first-time travelers are acceptable.
