Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Client requires at least an Associate degree.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior experience providing skilled therapy in patient homes, evaluating functional mobility, fall prevention, and home exercise program development are preferred.
- Experience with documentation for home health electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a home health environment.
