Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
  • Home health physical therapy experience required.
  • Experience managing caseloads that include post-operative patients and patients referred for chronic conditions.
  • Experience supervising or managing PTAs and collaborating with PTA routine visits; PTs expected to perform evaluations, recertifications, and reassessments.
  • Familiarity with MatrixCare or equivalent home health EMR preferred.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to travel within Thurston County (Olympia, Lacey, Yelm) and provide home visits. Driving and valid drivers license required.
  • Interviews will be conducted virtually.

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Schedule: 8 hours per day.
  • Coverage Area: Thurston County (Olympia, Lacey, Yelm).
  • Caseload Structure: PTs manage PTAs; PTAs complete routine visits; PTs perform evaluations, recerts, and reassessments.
  • EMR: MatrixCare.
  • Interviews: Virtual.
