Ability Matters is seeking a dynamic individualto support our Scheduling team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling,data analysis,, software training, and ensuringseamless interoperability of computing systems. This role will also providedirect services to individuals with disabilities. This positionrequires compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating appointments,meetings, and maintaining calendars for the Scheduling team.
  • Directly engage and provide billable services to individuals with disabilities for 8-16 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and individuals served by the organization.
  • Complete the weekly schedule for assigned consumer homes in accordance with the department's policies and procedures.
  • Perform assigned subshift daily and or weekly assignment in accordance to the departments policy and procedures
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, translating technical information into user-friendly language.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • A preferred 4-year degree and aminimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in importing,manipulating, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent analytical and creativeproblem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, withan empathetic approach to serving individuals with disabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the abilityto prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with theability to work both independently and collaboratively.
