Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital team in The Dalles, OR as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images. You may perform additional imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Minimum Requirements:

• ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification: Required.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with CT credential (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT)) or R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required.
• Advanced certification in CT: Required for OR. Preferred in CA.
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS (Basic Life Support): Required.
• Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred for OR.
• Venipuncture certification: Preferred for OR.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred.
• Experience working in hospital imaging departments or comparable acute care settings. Minimum 2 years CT experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed.
