Job Description
Salary: $2,575.13 - $2,775.13 /wk
Become a vital part of a healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images. Additional imaging duties may include general radiography and fluoroscopy when required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Required: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with CT credential (R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T.(R)(ARRT)).
- Required: State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license for California.
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per employer policy (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS acceptable).
- Required: Experience operating CT equipment and performing CT imaging procedures.
- Required: Fluoroscopy license for the state of employment if operating fluoroscopy equipment (required in CA for this role).
- Preferred: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
- Preferred: Venipuncture certification where preferred by state or facility.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0700-1900.
- Schedule Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0700-1930 (3x12 format as noted).
- Floating Requirement: Candidates may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
