This facility operates comprehensive neurosurgical services requiring 24-hour emergency coverage for trauma and stroke cases. The neurosurgeon will provide comprehensive 24-hour call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM managing emergency department trauma consultations requiring dual expertise in neurosurgery and neuroendovascular procedures. The clinician must handle stroke interventions and neuroendovascular cases with an average volume of 6-10 cases dependent on acuity and service requirements. Board certification in neurological surgery and dual training in neuroendovascular procedures are mandatory requirements for this position utilizing eClinical Works EMR system.
