Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to drive the people side of large-scale, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP implementations, including S/4HANA. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training alignment, and adoption planning to support successful transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP change leadership experience, deep understanding of finance organizations and processes, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and execute the organizational change management strategy for large-scale ERP and business transformation initiatives
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations
Build and manage change networks, champion programs, and stakeholder engagement plans
Develop and deliver communication strategies, executive toolkits, and targeted change messaging
Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and drive executive and stakeholder engagement
Help define governance frameworks that support successful change adoption
Create or contribute to training strategies that enable process and system adoption
Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics
Monitor change-related risks and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
Partner effectively with client teams and consulting partners across complex transformation programs

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP transformation projects
Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with S/4HANA experience preferred
Experience supporting finance-focused transformation initiatives and working with finance stakeholders
Expertise in change communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement
Experience with change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking
Background in organizational design and transition planning
Strong facilitation, collaboration, and executive-facing communication skills
Ability to work effectively across client teams and cross-functional consulting environments

Preferred Skills or Experience

Experience supporting global organizational change initiatives
Participation in five or more major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP platforms
Experience leading more than four large-scale business change initiatives
Experience leading or playing a major role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives

Work Details

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates who live in or near Piscataway, New Jersey
Contract Length: 12 months
Travel: 25% to 50% travel required to client headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, and other client facilities across the country as needed
Interview Process: Interview with Insight, followed by interview with client
