Job Description
Salary: $2,317.73 - $2,517.73 /wk
Join as a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Tech, also known as Vascular Sonographer, where you will perform vascular ultrasound examinations, prepare patients, document results, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred: RVT or equivalent).
- 2 years of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist or Vascular Sonographer. (Client requires demonstrated vascular lab experience.)
- BLS certification.
- Experience performing arterial and venous duplex studies, upper and lower extremity vascular testing, and carotid duplex examinations.
- Familiarity with vascular lab documentation and report generation in hospital electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work in a hospital cardiology/vascular laboratory environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred: Vascular-specific credentials and prior hospital-based vascular lab experience.
