Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Abdomen/ GI, Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright, Upper Extremity, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Humerus, Scapula, Shoulder, Thumb or finger, Wrist, Work Settings, Adult Acute Care, Bedside/Portable Procedures, Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient, Lower Extremity, Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-fibula, Toes, Enema Studies, Fluoroscopy Studies, Mobile/ Surgical, C-Arm procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable chest, Spine and Pelvis, Cervical Spine, Hip, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Thoracic Spine, Chest and Thorax, Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck), Head, Equipment, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety

Special Requests:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Shift & Scheduling:

Is on-call required? Yes 3 shifts per month

Are weekends required? Yes Sat & Sun: 830a - 5p

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
