Elite Therapy Groups of Texas County is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic in Guymon, Oklahoma. We welcome both experienced and newly licensed PTAs who are passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and working in a collaborative clinical environment.

This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside experienced Physical Therapists delivering high-quality care in orthopedics, sports medicine, and general outpatient rehabilitation.

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in providing hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient care planning. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a PTA outpatient job, rehabilitation careers, or physical therapy assistant jobs in Oklahoma or Texas Panhandle.

PTA Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists with treatment plans and patient care programs
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy support, and rehabilitation interventions
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapist
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education
• Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, treatment planning, and rehabilitation
• Ability to work in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports medicine settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, orthopedics, or sports medicine
• Exposure to inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Professional, team-oriented mindset

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience
