Construction Project Manager

Join Our Team as a Construction Project Manager for a High-End Residential Renovation/Remodeling Company

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage change orders and submittals
• Oversee construction management and project execution
• Collaborate with architectural design and installation teams
• Ordering, project scheduling, and client interfacing
• Review specifications and resolve project issues
• Coordinating sub-contractors 

Required Skills:

• Experience with proposals and change orders
• Strong personal and communication skills
• Ability to handle procurement, quality control, and negotiation
• Knowledge of construction, construction standards, and construction

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of installation processes
• Expertise in resolution and project management

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $100,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $125,000.00
