Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Salary: $2,629.76 - $2,829.76 /wk

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist in Paterson, NJ. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scanners to support emergency, trauma, stroke, and interventional procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) credentialing required.
• Experience with GE and Toshiba CT equipment required.
• Trauma center experience required. Experience scanning stroke, angiogram, trauma, and interventional radiology cases required.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted. Scrubs dress code: black top and black bottom; short white lab coat optional.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Days. Day 3x12-Hour (10:00 - 23:00). Scheduled shifts include Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday with a 1-hour lunch.
• Department works closely with the Emergency Department and supports adult and pediatric trauma activations.
• No on-call requirements. No floating required.
• Holidays required as part of the assignment.
• Types of procedures: General CT, angiograms, stroke imaging, trauma scans, and IR procedure scanning.
