Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
• Current resume required for consideration.
• Preferred: prior travel PT experience and familiarity with geriatric rehabilitation and common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts and tilt tables.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Start Date: May start in late spring (May).
• Client note: current contractor has been on-site since August 2025 and reports a positive experience.
