Own the process from scratchhydration, scoring, steam ovensto deliver subscription boxes fresh and flawless. Innovate and refine recipes based on your expertise; well adapt the space to fit. Manage inventory, quality control, and early-morning flow (solo start, team later). Pack and maybe even meet subscribersits personal, not corporate.Skills & Experience: 2+ years proven artisan bakingmastery of sourdough, laminated doughs, fermentation.
