We're inviting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to take on a rare and exciting role: helping launch and guide a brand-new surgical practice in Santa Maria, California. A relationship-minded clinician who takes pride in nurturing new partnerships within the referring Doctor community. Opening in mid-2027, this is an opportunity to build a center that reflects your standards, your values, and your vision for outstanding patient care-all with the full backing of a respected network of experienced surgeons.
