This small medical center operates as part of a large health system providing specialized outpatient hematology and oncology services. The facility features comprehensive support services including on-site phlebotomy services, hematology laboratory, and MTM pharmacists to manage oral chemotherapy. The treatment center maintains 9 infusion chairs and utilizes EPIC EMR system to ensure coordinated patient care delivery.

This area offers diverse entertainment options including specialty venues like Dragon's Den and the Museum of Illusions, alongside gaming facilities and casinos. Visitors can participate in organized bar crawls and ghost tours that explore the downtown region. The location features various workshops, wellness programs, and social activities that cater to different interests and age groups.

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 14-16 patients daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 60-minute new patient appointments and 30-minute follow-up visits while coordinating care with one telemedicine physician and one advanced practitioner. The position requires rotational call coverage with other clinicians and utilizes EPIC EMR system including Clinical Pathways via Oncology for documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this assignment.
