About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality user experience, process optimization, and continuous improvements across our contract management ecosystem.
Desired candidate should have hands-on Icertis experience and should be able to drive user adoption, operational excellence, and platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer and configure Icertis CLM, including templates, clauses, metadata, workflows, routing rules, obligation tracking, and AI features.
- Convert business requirements into functional and configuration updates.
- Maintain system architecture, data models, and configuration governance.
- Manage system upgrades (e.g., bi-annual ICI releases) ensuring minimal disruption.
- Drive bug fix testing, coordinate with QA and Icertis support teams, and ensure issue closure.
- Own the lifecycle of change requests and manage release planning.
- Conduct functional and regression testing for new features and enhancements.
EndUser Training & Adoption
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring smooth ramp-up.
- Deliver periodic re training for existing users.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and help guides.
- Act as the first-line support for functional queries and user challenges.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Engage with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs.
- Participate in discovery discussions and process walkthroughs.
- Support operating model and governance design for CLM usage.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration for enhancements and system improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, approval processes, and user experience.
- Analyze system adoption, performance, and usage patterns to propose improvements.
- Review and develop new functionalities, enhancements, and automation opportunities.
Data, Integrations & Quality
- Support data migration requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and procurement systems.
- Perform periodic audits of data quality, metadata completeness, and user access.
Required:
- ~5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) .
- Strong understanding of CLM processes and system configuration.
- Experience with workflows, templates, metadata, and platform administration.
- Ability to coordinate with Icertis support for fixes and enhancements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct user training.
