Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in their homes? 1st Care Home Health Services, PA is seeking full-time/part-time RNs to join our dynamic team of clinicians!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, professional, and loving care to patients in their homes
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, Education on disease management and process, Caregiver training,  wound care, blood draws, and administer IV therapies
• Maintain PICC lines and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in geriatric disease processes
• Travel the assigned territory and participate in the on-call rotation
• Utilize electronic documentation for accurate record-keeping

Required Skills:

• Licensed PA Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice nursing
• CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Electronic documentation experience
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $81,000.00
Maximum Salary: $85,000.00
