Job Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Enumclaw, WA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living and functional skills in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting preferred. This is a preferred client-specific expectation but strong consideration given to candidates who meet it.
- Experience evaluating and treating adults with complex medical conditions, including mobility deficits, cognitive impairment, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining.
- Proficiency with documentation systems and completing OASIS/Minimum Data Set (MDS)-related therapy documentation preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, family members, and care planning processes.
