Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to or on start date.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, transfers, and safe mobility training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records required.
• Client requires candidates able to work assigned shifts and adhere to facility policies.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability per schedule; guaranteed weekly hours listed as 35 in client notes.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (client contract weeks).
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Position may require adherence to client-specific orientation and documentation procedures.
